In summer 2024 Myah D’Agostino, walked the Miss Colorado stage! But, not alone…. If you look on her right shoulder you will notice a sparkly companion! A handmade butterfly robot coded and built my Myah! This butterfly was a passion project made so that in spirit, Emmah could be up on stage with Myah.
“I wanted to be able to represent Emmah and her story on stage, she never got the chance to have the opportunities i have had so i decided she had to shine that night too. It also gave me a chance to show girls that this is what a girl who codes and builds robots can look like.”
